3. Measurements and Fittings

To achieve the best fit, customers are encouraged to provide accurate measurements. Navyug Tailors Behror is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Adjustments may incur additional costs.

4. Orders

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Order Modifications: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of placement. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee fulfillment for all requests.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on fabric, design complexity, and customization needs.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided in cases of order errors caused by Navyug Tailors Behror. We do not offer refunds for customized items, unless there is a confirmed defect.

6. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery Timeline: We strive to complete orders by the agreed delivery date. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will inform the customer promptly.
  • Pick-Up and Shipping: Customers can pick up orders from our store or arrange for delivery, if available, at an additional charge.

7. Liability

Navyug Tailors Behror will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the garments’ fit or design, provided we adhere to the specifications given by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and custom styles created by Navyug Tailors Behror are our intellectual property. Replication or reproduction of these designs for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Navyug Tailors Behror reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modifications.
